Our unique designs draw from a rich history and tradition of wrought iron produced in the most famous art centers in the world. All Black Hammer products are designed in-house by Bethany Hubbard in Santa Barbara. Her work is largely influenced by the Spanish Colonial style from which she incorporates smooth and stylish transitions between her elegantly creative scrolls. Evidence of the French ‘Art Nouveau’ tradition of the late 1800s is apparent through the ornate finials, base plates, and scroll finishes.
